We offer a solution-focused environment full of collaboration and dedication, to our goals and to each other. You'll have the opportunity to drive your own success in a supportive, globally connected environment. From advanced tools and technology to an immersive company culture, working at Logic20/20 means working on the leading edge, with a community of the right people around you.

Job Description

At Logic20/20, we're not just solving problems—we're building competitive advantage. We partner with clients across industries—including energy & utilities, financial services, and technology —to deliver tailored consulting solutions that drive measurable impact. As we expand our AI offerings, we're seeking a Senior Manager who can lead from the front: developing business, leading client delivery, and accelerating growth through innovation, strategy, and collaboration.

As a Senior Manager, you'll play a visible, influential role—shaping go-to-market strategies, driving digital transformation, and delivering data-driven, cutting-edge solutions. You'll guide clients through high-impact engagements, lead multidisciplinary teams, and mentor future leaders. This is your opportunity to be a catalyst for growth, both for our clients and within our firm.

Sales Enablement & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries.
  • Lead pre-sales activities, including client discovery, solution design, and RFP development—ensuring alignment between client challenges and Logic20/20 offerings.
  • Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to shape go-to-market strategies, develop tailored proposals, and close strategic engagements.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective clients by providing insights into digital transformation trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.

Client Delivery

  • Lead delivery of complex consulting engagements, ensuring quality execution, alignment with client goals, and strong business outcomes.
  • Develop and execute digital strategies and transformation roadmaps that drive agility, innovation, and long-term growth.
  • Guide the implementation of enterprise solutions—including cloud, SaaS, AI, and digital transformation—to solve complex business challenges and unlock value.
  • Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless, high-impact delivery.

Practice Development & People Leadership

  • Partner with executive leadership to evolve our consulting offerings, build internal capabilities, and support firm-wide strategic initiatives.
  • Mentor and coach consultants, fostering their career growth while building a strong, diverse, and high-performing team.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and client-first thinking that reflects Logic20/20's values.
  • Contribute to thought leadership by sharing industry insights, best practices, and innovation trends across the organization.
Qualifications
  • 5-10+ years of experience in a leading enterprise-level consulting firm, with a strong background in business development, client delivery, and practice and people development.
  • Experience establishing and optimizing AI intake processes and leading AI initiatives from conception to completion.
  • Experience navigating multiple stakeholders across various business units.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead change management efforts.
  • Proven success in implementing large-scale cross-functional solutions with both business and technical focus.
  • Experience supporting a portfolio of projects and leading diverse project teams.
  • Demonstrated skillset in building and managing relationships with C-suites.
  • Ability to mentor junior resources to help them grow as professionals and as future leaders.
  • Experience with the sales process and account development.
  • MBA or relevant graduate degree from a leading program.
  • Willingness to work on client sites to manage projects and develop strong client relationships.
  • Experience working within the utilities industry is preferred.
