Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java development, Spring Boot, microservices, and frontend frameworks like React or Angular, along with cloud expertise in AWS. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to design scalable solutions, and hands-on experience in full-stack development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level Java applications.
  • Architect and implement microservices-based solutions using Spring Boot.
  • Develop and maintain frontend applications using React or Angular.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in Java development.
  • Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency in frontend frameworks: React or Angular.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and deployment.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, data modeling, and database design.
  • Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
