Join Our Team as a Leasing Specialist

We're searching for a motivated Leasing Specialist to join our Hamilton Hills & Residences of Westview team This is an exciting opportunity to build relationships, make a difference, and help residents find a place they're proud to call home.

What You'll Do

  • Build rapport with prospective and current residents while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Process application paperwork and ensure compliance with affordable housing (LIHTC) regulations
  • Present the community and available apartments in a professional, engaging manner
  • Secure lease agreements and renewals through strong communication and follow-up
  • Maintain accurate records and enter data into leasing software systems
  • Support marketing initiatives, assist with outreach efforts, and contribute to maintaining great curb appeal

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Previous leasing experience
  • Experience with affordable housing preferred
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and high energy
  • Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Availability for some evenings and weekends during busy leasing periods
