Job Details
Responsibilities
As a Permanent Senior Financial Analyst, you will be tasked with

• Conducting complex financial analysis to determine present and future financial performance.
• Gathering, analyzing, preparing and summarizing recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts.
• Evaluating and processing expense reports and purchase orders.
• Assisting in the development of financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision making.
• Providing strategic analysis and advice to senior management.
• Collaborating with various business units to enhance financial transparency and operational efficiency.
• Driving the budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis, risk assessment, and communication of performance against budgets.
• Participating in cross-functional projects and assisting with strategic initiatives from a financial perspective.
• Assisting with the preparation of quarterly and annual regulatory filings.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Senior Financial Analyst role should have

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification (CFA, CPA, or equivalent) is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Proficiency in financial modeling techniques and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven experience in driving process improvements and specific skills in project management to offer creative solutions.
• A strong understanding of financial systems and databases.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality.
