We partner with over 500 trusted vendor partners to deliver creative branding, print, and promotional solutions that help our clients elevate their marketing impact. As a top-performing franchise, we're expanding our team to meet growing client demand and are looking for two dynamic Sales Representatives to join our success story.
The Opportunity
As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for developing new business and managing client relationships within the promotional products and print space. You'll work closely with our Operations, E-Commerce and Logistics teams who handle order processing, production coordination, e-commerce store management, and fulfillment — allowing you to focus on building relationships and driving revenue.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and events.
- Identify and engage new business opportunities with corporate clients
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers in marketing, HR, and procurement
- Present creative promotional, print, and branding solutions tailored to client goals
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and repeat business
- Partner with the internal operations and logistics teams to ensure timely project completion
- Stay current with industry trends, new product innovations, and supplier capabilities
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to foster relationships and identify opportunities.
- Maintain, track and report sales activity using CRM tools
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and professional development sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (experience in promotional products or print is preferred, but not required)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and driven by results
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
