We're committed to building a diverse team and inclusive culture and believe your potential should only be limited by how big you can dream. We make this a reality by empowering you with the tools, resources, and support you need to grow your career.
Sales at Brex
Sales is the growth engine at Brex. We bring in new customers, expand existing relationships, and drive the company's bottom line. With unlimited territories and uncapped opportunity, your ambition sets the ceiling. We win together, celebrate often, and reward performance. If you want to sell a category-defining product with real ownership, this is your team.
What You'll Do
Brex is looking for an individual to join the Revenue Operations Team, which is responsible for driving revenue growth in close partnership with revenue leaders. We help revenue teams drive consistent growth through regular reporting, analytical insights, process improvements, systems updates, strategic initiatives, cross-functional alignment, incentive design, and coverage model design. You should have an analytical mindset with a curiosity to get to the right solution to every problem. The ability to translate data into insights is critical as you will work closely with the your Revenue Operations peers, enablement, finance, systems, data, and revenue teams. You are also skilled at up-leveling complex data and insights to clearly communicate with business partners and GTM managers to improve performance and operational efficiency. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that requires a blend of analytical rigor, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder management.
Where You'll Work
This role will be based in one of our Brex offices — San Francisco, New York, Vancouver, Seattle or Salt Lake City. Team members are expected to work in-office at least two days per week (Wednesdays and Thursdays). Brex also offers the flexibility to work remotely for up to four weeks per year, in one-week increments.
Responsibilities
- Annual Planning: Run the annual GTM planning process, collaborating closely with Finance, Data, Finance, Marketing, Data, Legal, and other stakeholders to support quota setting, territory carving, and ROI modeling to achieve ambitious revenue targets
- Compensation Plans: Drive the end-to-end design, modeling, language, implementation, and evaluation of our GTM incentive compensation plans, ensuring they are aligned with business goals and motivate desired behaviors
- Business Insights: Own and deliver deep-dive analyses on performance metrics such as pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, rep productivity, and sales capacity. Translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives for senior leadership
- Strategic Projects: Identify and execute high-impact strategic and operational projects that expand TAM, improve GTM efficiency, leveraging a deep understanding of business dynamics and operational constraints
- Cross-Functional Alignment: collaborate closely with Finance, Systems, Data, Operations, and other stakeholders on improving alignment and efficiency with GTM teams
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in a senior revenue operations, sales strategy, or business operations role, preferably within a high-growth FinTech or SaaS environment.
- Domain Expertise: A comprehensive understanding of sales processes, GTM methodologies, and GTM systems for scaling revenue organizations
- Compensation Design: Expertise in GTM compensation design philosophy, quota setting, ROI benchmarks, operational constraints, pay curve design, and administration
- Analytical Prowess: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to model complex business scenarios and translate data into strategic recommendations. Proficiency in data analysis tools and GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Looker, etc.) is essential
- Cross-functional Leadership: Proven success leading and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority. You should be a skilled communicator with a knack for building trust and aligning diverse stakeholders
- Problem-Solving: A proactive and structured approach to identifying, scoping, and solving complex business problems
Compensation
The expected salary range for this role is $203,400 - $241,000. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate's location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
Please be aware, job-seekers may be at risk of targeting by malicious actors looking for personal data. Brex recruiters will only reach out via LinkedIn or email with a domain. Any outreach claiming to be from Brex via other sources should be ignored.
