Savi Solutions is currently seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our Program/Project Management support team in DC Metro area. This position requires an individual to have 10+ years of relevant federal government experience and a degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. Qualified candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good oral and written skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of financial analysis. FAA/DOT or any federal experience in financial domain is preferred.

Your future duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

· Assist with funding process (allocations, obligations and de-obligations)

· Perform purchase requisition reviews

· Perform Invoice reviews and fund validation

· Gather business requirements for system enhancements

· Assist in User Acceptance Testing of financial systems for Quality Assurance

· Work closely with PMO office in monthly forecasting and analyze variances to previous forecast and budget

· Assist with contract close-out process

· Create detailed financial reporting, perform trend analysis and provide requisite metrics to key stakeholders

· Manage and update information in SharePoint and other related sites

· Assist in coordinating and scheduling PMO meetings

· Provide key and end-user training

· Assist with documentation

· Provide audit support to the Contracting officer and the contracting officer representatives

· Assist with award fee process

· Assist with Indirect rate evaluations

Experience and Skills:

· Candidate must have good experience with MS Office (particularly with Excel – i.e., Pivot, Grouping, Calculations)

· Experience with Prism/Delphi preferred

  • Experience in performing system testing and quality assurance

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work alone or as part of a team; must be self-motivated and able to stay on task while paying attention to detail

· FAA/DOT or any Federal sector experience mandatory

· Eligible for Public Trust Clearance

· Bachelor's degree preferred
