We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional who excels at crafting impactful messages, managing internal and external communications, and ensuring consistency across all company materials. The successful candidate will work closely with our marketing and executive teams to support the company's vision and enhance brand reputation.
Responsibilities
Develop, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, including announcements, press releases, and newsletters.
Support the planning and coordination of communication campaigns and corporate initiatives.
Maintain consistent messaging across departments to strengthen brand identity and company culture.
Assist with the creation of presentations, reports, and communication materials for stakeholders and partners.
Monitor company communication channels and ensure timely, accurate responses.
Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies that enhance engagement and organizational visibility.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Professional demeanor with a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
