As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech, media, or telecom location. Your role is to help to deter security-related incidents through routine patrols and a visible presence, while delivering exceptional customer service and communication. You will interact with employees and visitors, respond to incidents, and support a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the technology and media location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activities.
• Monitor for any suspicious activity and report findings according to site guidelines.
• Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and team members to support a secure environment.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents, and observations during each shift.
• Assist with access control and visitor management, verifying credentials when necessary.
• Follow all Allied Universal training and site-specific instructions to support client security-related needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
