Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Business Development to lead our growth initiatives and drive strategic partnerships. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and relationship building.
  • Lead negotiations with potential partners and clients to secure contracts and agreements that align with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and project management to ensure alignment on business initiatives.
  • Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and analyze data for informed decision-making.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities for the business.
  • Prepare reports on business development activities for senior management review.

Skills

  • Proven experience in business development with a strong understanding of sales processes.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for effective customer relationship management.
  • Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to think critically and develop actionable plans.
  • Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals and build partnerships.
  • Project management experience to oversee various initiatives from inception to completion.
