The Assistant Manager (Operations) serves as the department's central authority for procurement, facilities coordination, inventory management, building access control, and logistical operations across four buildings that house multimillion-dollar research infrastructure and support hundreds of faculty, staff, and students. Working closely with the Director of Administration, Finance, and Operations, the Assistant Manager (Operations) partners with Rutgers Procurement, Institutional Planning & Operations (IP&O), the School of Arts and Sciences (SAS), and Public Safety on contract processing, capital planning, and compliance matters.
