Job Title: Industrial Electrician

Reports To: Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Industrial Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in industrial facilities such as factories, plants, and manufacturing environments. This role ensures all electrical systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Install maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, equipment, and components.

· Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.

· Troubleshoot electrical faults using diagnostic tools and techniques.

· Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.

· Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical systems.

· Support commissioning and start-up of new electrical installations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical training or completion of an electrical apprenticeship (preferred).
  • Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent certification (preferred)
  • Proven experience in industrial electrical systems and mechanical maintenance
  • Proficiency in conduit installation, wiring termination, and instrumentation setup
  • Familiarity with PLCs and control systems

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Electrical diagnostics, PLC troubleshooting, blueprint reading, and knowledge of safety protocols.

Soft Skills

  • Problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Effective communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $35.32 per hour
