What You'll Do

Immediate Impact (Months 1-6):

  • Frontline Problem Resolution: Be the first line of defense for complex technical issues affecting Trackvia, Jobspark, and other systems
  • Solution Development: Create automated responses, scripts, and workflows to streamline common support scenarios
  • Knowledge Architecture: Build and maintain our technical knowledge base, turning one-off solutions into repeatable processes
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work directly with our development team to escalate and resolve system-level issues

Growth & Development (Months 6+):

  • Code Contribution: Begin contributing to our technology stack using Laravel (PHP), Python, TypeScript, React, Sass, Webpack, ,
  • Infrastructure Experience: Work with AWS Lambda, Docker, AWS services, DigitalOcean, and S3 in real-world scenarios
  • Full-Stack Mentorship: Receive guided training on both frontend and backend development practices
  • Project Ownership: Take ownership of development projects that directly improve support processes and user experience

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of technical support/helpdesk experience with a track record of solving complex problems
  • Solution-oriented mindset: You don't just fix issues—you identify patterns and create preventive solutions
  • Basic programming foundation: HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge (we'll help you build from here)
  • Communication excellence: Ability to translate technical concepts for both users and developers
  • Learning agility: Demonstrated ability to quickly master new technologies and systems

Preferred Experience:

  • Frontend frameworks: Experience with React, , or Angular
  • Backend familiarity: Understanding of server-side development, databases, or APIs
  • Cloud platforms: Exposure to AWS, cloud storage, or serverless technologies
  • Automation mindset: Experience creating scripts, workflows, or automated solutions
  • Version control: Basic Git knowledge or willingness to learn quickly

  • Nov 5th/ 6th- Second-round interviews via Teams with the CIO, COO, and CEO
  • Nov 7th- Final decision made and all candidates notified
  • Dec 1st- Preferred start date (training in Denver with all expenses paid)
