AI/ML Engineer (LangChain/LangGraph) in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid).

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building intelligent applications using LangChain, LangGraph, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Responsibilities:-

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML-based solutions using LLMs.

Work with LangChain and LangGraph frameworks to build scalable AI workflows.

Integrate RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector databases for intelligent data processing. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver AI-driven features.

Optimize models for performance, scalability, and reliability

Required Skills:-

Strong proficiency in Python.

Experience with LangChain and LangGraph.

Knowledge of LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.)

Experience with Prompt Engineering and Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, etc.)

Familiarity with RAG pipelines and AI application architectures.

Solid understanding of Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts

Nice to Have:-

Experience deploying AI models in production (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Exposure to FastAPI, Flask, or other backend frameworks.

Knowledge of MLOps or model lifecycle management tools
