Quest Group is actively seeking a technically strong,
Senior Corporate FP&A Analyst
to join our clients finance team. Our client is a rapidly growing & ultra successful
Real Estate Investment & Development firm.

This role will play a critical part in supporting financial decision-making by providing accurate forecasting, budgeting, and analysis for our multi-brand restaurant group. The ideal candidate has strong financial modeling skills, experience creating management dashboards, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the
    annual budgeting
    and
    long-range planning
    processes across multiple restaurant brands and regions.
  • Manage
    monthly forecasting
    , including revenue, labor, food costs, and operating expenses.
  • Develop and maintain robust
    financial models
    to support scenario analysis, capital planning, and new store development.
  • Prepare
    monthly and quarterly financial performance reports
    with variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior year.
  • Partner with operations leadership to provide
    data-driven insights
    into restaurant performance, sales drivers, and margin improvement opportunities.
  • Create and maintain
    dashboards and KPIs
    (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to provide real-time visibility into key business metrics.
  • Conduct
    ad-hoc analysis
    to support strategic initiatives such as pricing, menu optimization, and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and support the month-end close process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA a plus).
  • 4-6 years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally with exposure to
    multi-unit restaurants, retail, or hospitality
    .
  • Strong background in
    budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
    .
  • Advanced proficiency in
    Excel/Google Sheets
    and
    financial modeling
    .
  • Experience with
    dashboarding / BI tools
    (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of turning data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working cross-functionally with both finance and non-finance teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
