Job Purpose
The Regional Sales Manager will manage existing customer accounts while actively developing new business within the region. This individual will represent in front of customers and prospects, aligning transportation solutions with their project and freight needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular in-person sales visits with existing and prospective customers.
- Develop relationships with manufacturers, construction companies, equipment dealers, and forwarders across the territory.
- Identify new business opportunities in construction, agriculture, wind, and power generation markets.
- Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and permitting teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Achieve annual sales growth targets through account expansion and new customer acquisition.
- Represent industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.

Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in logistics, trucking, transportation or industrial America
- Strong positive attitude and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to travel regionally every other week.

Pay: $60, $85,000.00 per year
