Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly via phone, email, or in person, establishing a positive rapport from the first interaction
  • Assist clients with inquiries, account information, and service requests using clear and professional communication
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on client needs, promote new services, or gather feedback to enhance client satisfaction
  • Manage data entry tasks accurately within customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other software tools
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments with precision, maintaining accurate cash handling records
  • Provide comprehensive customer support by resolving issues promptly and efficiently while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless client services and contribute to achieving departmental goals
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions, transactions, and service requests for future reference and analysis
  • Support the team with administrative duties such as typing reports, updating client files, and preparing documentation using Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrate strong analysis skills to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services

Skills

  • Multilingual proficiency in English and at least one additional language to serve diverse client populations effectively
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clear, professional interactions
  • Proven experience in sales or customer support roles, preferably within a call center or client services environment
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry applications
  • Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle outbound calling confidently and professionally
  • Bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to connect with a broader range of clients
  • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service by actively listening and addressing client concerns promptly
  • Attention to detail in cash handling, typing accuracy, and maintaining organized records
  • Analysis skills to assess client needs quickly and suggest suitable solutions or follow-up actions
  • Experience in call center operations or outbound calling campaigns is advantageous
