Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Child-Focused Clinical Psychologist or Psychotherapist to join our team immediately. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about working with children and adolescents, offering therapy and support for a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental concerns. You can work in-person or virtually, depending on your preference.

As part of our practice, you will:

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy for children and adolescents
• Conduct age-appropriate psychological assessments when needed
• Use evidence-based modalities including cognitive-behavioral, play therapy, psychodynamic, motivational interviewing, and positive psychology approaches
• Focus on clinical work while the practice manages patient referrals and billing

Requirements:

• Active Maryland License (Doctorate or Master's level)
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting
• Strong clinical assessment skills and knowledge of child-focused interventions

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (weekends as needed)
• Flexible hours to accommodate in-person and virtual sessions
