, a growing SaaS company helping U.S. car dealerships modernize the online car buying experience. We build dealership website tools that make it easier for both customers and dealers to navigate the car buying process.
We're looking for a
Customer
Support Specialist
who can hit the ground running and play a pivotal role in our customer experience.
What You'll Do:
- Support:
Handle inbound support requests via Freshdesk & troubleshoot customer needs. - Onboarding:
Welcome new dealership customers, configure their accounts, and ensure they are fully set up for success. - Implementation:
Launch our software solutions on dealership websites and make sure everything works seamlessly. - Optimize:
Help improve our processes, documentation, and support infrastructure as we scale. - Collaborate:
Work with sales, product, and development to advocate for customer needs.
Tools We Use:
- Salesforce
(CRM) - Freshdesk
(Support) - Google Workspace (G Suite)
(Docs, Sheets, etc.)
What You Bring:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter mentality — you can manage your time and tasks independently.
- Experience in customer-facing roles (support, onboarding, SaaS preferred).
- Bonus points for familiarity with the automotive or dealership space.
- A collaborative spirit with a bias for action and curiosity.
