Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary
We're looking for friendly, patient, and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Specialists. In this role, you'll help customers by answering questions, providing helpful information, and ensuring they have a positive experience. No previous customer service experience is required — we provide full training, clear guidance, and ongoing support to help you feel confident in your role.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, or through email/chat
- Listen to customer questions or concerns and provide clear, helpful answers
- Use simple tools or systems to look up information (training provided)
- Record basic customer details or interactions accurately
- Follow company guidelines to resolve common issues
- Communicate with team members or supervisors when additional support is needed
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and respectful attitude
- Help keep the work area clean, organized, and welcoming
