In this role, you'll dig into both qualitative and quantitative data to help uncover trends, patterns, and stories that drive smart business decisions. You'll support our team with research projects from start to finish—analyzing findings, crafting compelling reports, and building dashboards that make complex data easy to understand and act on. If you love connecting the dots, thrive on collaboration, and enjoy turning raw data into impactful visualizations, this could be the role for you.
Based in Atlanta, GA; This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of two days per week.
Why Join Us?
• You demand the truth — and help others see it. You're not satisfied with surface-level answers; you dig deep, ask "why", challenge assumptions, and bring forward insights that drive better decisions grounded in data.
• You work smarter and lead others to do the same. You evaluate every process and methodology with a goal to improve, streamline, and innovate. You leverage AI, technology, and systems thinking to increase efficiency and impact across multiple markets and platforms.
• You take ownership and raise the bar. You're accountable for the performance of your team and the insights you deliver. You aim for excellence, knowing that high standards drive performance.
Responsibilities:
Support Recruitment, Analysis, and Reporting
• Team up with the Sr. Manager of Market Intelligence to bring research projects to life—from planning and execution to diving into the analysis of mixed-method studies.
• Use appropriate qualitative and quantitative analytic frameworks to interpret the meaning and relevance of data to specific business problems.
• Compare data collected from multiple sources to identify patterns, explore discrepancies, and triangulate findings.
• Analyze, interpret, and draft summary findings in different forms (e.g., decks, documents, spreadsheets), according to specified strategies to effectively communicate research findings to specific audiences.
• Support quality control by reviewing survey data, transcripts, and coded responses for accuracy and consistency.
• Assist with managing research panel by supporting recruitment, participant engagement, and representative sampling.
Dashboard Creation and Maintenance
• Design and develop interactive dashboards using visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) to unify data from multiple sources and/or projects.
• Customize dashboards to meet specific needs of different research projects.
• Conduct coding of data collected from interviews and focus groups, survey responses, digital forums/sites/platforms, and observations using traditional qualitative coding processes as needed.
• Maintaining and regularly updating primary research dashboards.
Requirements:
• Media-related research experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience analyzing qualitative data and quantitative data through employment and/or coursework.
• 2+ years using primary and secondary data sources.
• 1+ year of research project management.
• Experience creating and maintaining intuitive Tableau dashboards.
• Advanced skill in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach.
• Capable of learning how to use new data sets and tools quickly.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines.
