Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Charlotte, NC, for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and meeting sales targets. Other day to day tasks include conducting sales presentations, preparing proposals and negotiating contracts. The ideal candidate will have talent in sales and experience in customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professiobal able to achieve balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach. The Account Executive will also work closely with the Director of Sales and Operations team to ensure client satisfaction.

Income Potential/Benefits

Ability to make $150k plus per year. Aggresive compensation plan based on results. Uncapped monthly commissions. Base salary along with monthly car allowance. Health, dental, vision are available beginning the month after your first 30 days. Life insurance along with PTO and 401k match up to 3%.

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Generate leads through daily in person prospecting and cold calling. You are expected to physically cold call approximately 20 businesses per day and set 8-10 appointments per week from those leads
  • Present products to prospective clients
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers' satisfaction
  • Ability to work on site / in person the the Charlotte area
