Job description

AmPro Well Services is looking to hire a Winch Truck Driver Class A CDL. Applicants should be hard-working, reliable, ensure all load are secured, and willing to work overtime.

Previous oilfield experience preferred but not required. Pay will be $30.00-$35.00 per hour, dependent on experience, and will be discussed at time of interview.

Applicants must live within 30 minutes from our Midland yard.

Responsibilities:

Winch Truck Driver will assist with safely and efficiently working in the shop, rigging-up/rigging-down various jobs on location, loading/unloading trailers with necessary equipment and supplies. Cleaning, inspecting, and maintaining equipment in the field as well as in the yard. Job can have crazy hours and you must have a flexible schedule, but we do get everyone home every night 95% of the time.

Essential Skills:

Driving various truck, semi, and trailer types.

Communicate with Management regarding the job.

Ensure rig-up trailers are loaded with necessary equipment & supplies to complete the job.

Assist in the maintenance of vehicles and trailers.

Clean and maintain rig-up trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment.

Assists in the assembly and disassembly of equipment.

Maintain a clean driving record.

Comply with Attendance Standards.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Posses a valid Class A CDL with satisfactory motor vehicle report, and verifiable work history.

Must be available 24/7 unless time off has been scheduled and approved.

Must have the ability to operate basic tools and equipment.

Must demonstrate a positive attitude as well as one that reflects the Company's culture.
