We're a rapidly growing real estate investment and wholesaling company based in Southern California, and we're looking for a highly motivated Acquisition Rep/Closer to join our sales team.

Your mission? Connect with motivated homeowners, build trust, and negotiate win-win solutions that benefit both the seller and our company.

This is not a traditional office job. You'll be in the field and on the phone, meeting with pre-qualified leads, walking properties (virtually), and working with sellers who need to sell quickly due to various life situations. We handle the marketing, lead generation, and backend – you focus on converting leads into contracts.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Run appointments (virtually) with pre-screened seller leads – no cold leads or door knocking.
  • Build rapport and assess seller motivation to determine the best solution.
  • Tour properties and analyze deal potential using provided tools and comps.
  • Negotiate contracts and follow up consistently to move deals across the finish line.
  • Collaborate with our Dispositions and Transaction Coordination teams to ensure smooth closings.

Compensation & What's In It For You:

  • Base pay: $2,000 per month (paid monthly)
  • Commission and performance bonuses on top of base
  • $70,000 - $100,000+ in your first year (base + commission + bonuses)
  • Unlimited earning potential – top performers can make $200K+

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales (real estate preferred)
  • Experience with CRMs, PropStream, underwriting deals
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Thrives in a competitive, high-energy environment
  • Excels at creative problem-solving and adapts quickly to new challenges
  • Empathy-driven approach – you're here to help, not pressure
  • Grit, accountability, and the ability to manage your own schedule
  • Real estate experience or wholesale knowledge is a plus, but we'll train the right person

Must Haves:

  • Access to computer/internet
  • Flexible availability – this isn't a 9-5 job but it is full time
  • A high level of personal integrity and drive (non-negotiable)
