As a Front Office Manager OEM, you will be the vibrant heartbeat of our hospitality operations, ensuring that every guest experience is exceptional from the moment they arrive. You will lead a dynamic front desk team, oversee guest services, and manage hotel operations with enthusiasm and precision. Your multilingual skills will shine as you communicate effectively with diverse guests, fostering an inviting atmosphere that reflects our commitment to outstanding service.
What you'll do
- Lead and inspire the front desk team to deliver top-notch customer service and guest relations.
- Manage daily operations of the front office, including overseeing the night audit process to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Coordinate guest services and resolve any issues promptly to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Maintain effective communication with all departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Utilize multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Train and mentor staff on hospitality management best practices and hotel policies.
- Monitor front desk procedures and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Foster a welcoming environment by engaging with guests and addressing their needs proactively.
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Proficiency in night audit procedures and financial reporting.
Preferred qualifications
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities to better serve our diverse clientele.
- Previous experience in resort settings or high-volume hotels.
- Familiarity with front desk operations, including reservation systems and check-in/check-out processes.
