Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic bartenders and servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding dining experience, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and service.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using Aloha POS.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food items, specials, and beverages.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
• Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently, ensuring accuracy in cashiering.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and proper food handling practices at all times.
• Assist with banquet service or catering events as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Skills

• Proven experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
• Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices within the food service industry.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in banquet service or nightclub settings is advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $6.00 - $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
