 Customer Service Specialist

Location:

Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for assisting the Vice President of Operations with all their daily tasks.

Key Duties:

  • Provide internal and external customer service and sales support to both the Sales Team and customer engagements.
  • Responsible for daily inventory allocation reports.
  • Use allocation tools to ensure supply is made available to support forecasted sales.
  • Prepare the quarterly and annual sales reports in addition to other miscellaneous reports needed by management.
  • Work closely with TPE headquarters to ensure timely and accurate receiving of special shipments and regular allocations for replenishment.
  • Answer customer phone calls and email inquiries, process sales leads, and ensure they are directed to the appropriate team member.
  • Resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; notifying managers and account managers.
  • Coordinate daily with other departments in order to ensure smooth execution of sales orders and processing RMA (Return Material Authorization).
  • Order office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure the office runs efficiently.
  • Any other assigned miscellaneous tasks by management.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 1-2 year of sales or customer service.
  • Basic knowledge of finance and business operations.
  • Excellent numerical literacy, detail-oriented ability to multi-task.
  • Solid interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team in a dynamic technical sales environment.
  • Excellent PC skills; fluency in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
