We are currently seeking a motivated, customer-focused AT&T Sales Associate to join our growing sales team. As an AT&T Sales Associate, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, connecting individuals and businesses with wireless and internet services designed to meet their unique needs, preferences, and long-term goals.
AT&T Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Proactively represent AT&T by driving sales of high-speed wireless and internet solutions through direct customer engagement.
- Deliver persuasive, customized presentations that highlight the advantages and value of AT&T's products and services.
- Match service plans and pricing packages to customer requirements, optimizing for lifestyle, budget, and usage needs.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects and repeat customers, fostering long-term loyalty and retention.
- Address customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities to strengthen trust in the AT&T brand.
- Track and analyze sales performance against daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to stay aligned with individual and team goals.
- Share customer insights and market trends with leadership to help refine sales strategies and increase overall effectiveness.
AT&T Sales Associate Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; higher education is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other client-facing roles preferred.
- Prior experience as an AT&T Sales Associate is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong passion for customer service.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
- Willingness to travel locally within your assigned territory to meet customers directly.
