    .
  • Experience with
    cloud-native development
    (AWS/GCP/Azure),
    CI/CD pipelines
    , and containerization (
    Docker, Kubernetes
    ).
  • Familiarity with
    data serialization formats
    such as Avro, JSON, or Protobuf.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, debugging ability, and performance optimization experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to lead small to mid-sized teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with
    Confluent Kafka
    ecosystem.
  • Exposure to
    Cassandra, MongoDB, or Elasticsearch
    .
  • Working knowledge of
    monitoring tools
    (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
  • Prior experience in
    Agile/Scrum
    environments.
