The Brutal Truth:

Most sales reps are order-takers who blame "bad leads" for their failures. They need their hand held.

You're not them.

You're the rep who:

  • Closes deals other reps call "impossible"
  • Thrives when everyone else is making excuses
  • Doesn't need a manager breathing down your neck
  • Would rather eat glass than be average

What You Actually Get:

Commission Structure (UNCAPPED):

  • 20% commission on self-generated deals
  • 10% commission on company leads
  • 10% recurring revenue on subscriptions
  • $25 per qualified appointment as draw

Translation: Close $500K = $100K in your pocket. Close $1M = $200K. Close $2M = Tesla.

SPIF Bonuses:

  • $1M in annual sales = Rolex

  • Comfortable operating alone (you don't need a team hug)
