We specialize in everything from network development to complete telecom life cycle solutions. While the wireless world is ever changing, the demand for innovative technology and long-term support services remains constant. These services include site acquisition, design, and construction, to full operations, maintenance, and deconstruction. Our project team in the Midwest is seeking an experienced wireless telecom site acquisition specialist. This is a remote position, but local candidates are preferred.

The S ite Ac q u isi t ion Spe c ialist will be responsible for candidate selection, lease negotiations, tower owner applications, zoning, and permitting.

• Perform ca n didate s e arch from Search Ring Release w ith the ability t o review and understa n d new Jurisdictions, local ordinances and z o n ing co d es to determine if location is leasable, zone able and constructable.
• Handle high volumes of modification applications, leasing and permitting.
• Must be able to navigate through the industry's top Tower Owner portals and process as well as manage required purchase orders, check requests and any necessary documents required
• Take site t hro u gh per m itting and z o ning, if re q uired.
• Provide required st a tus up d ates for all as s igned sites per Market direction in prep for weekly Customer and internal meetings.
• Will provide all site status updates via shared tracking program per Market's requirements.
• Coor d inate w ith lando w ner and c l ient du r ing t he lease n e go t iation pro c ess to obt a in f u lly exe c uted lease or op t ion agr e e m ent.
• Negotia t e rent, lease ter m s, prep a re lease d o cu m ent package and sub m it finaliz e d packa g e w ith d e t a iled account of ne g otiations and de a l p oints f o r c lient.
• Trav e l t o s ites and w ork in c lient de s ignated a reas as req u ired.
• De m onstrate p r ofes s ionalism w hile at t en d ing pro j ect and de p loy m ent m eetings as directed by S ite A cq u isi t ion Mana g er.
  Coor d inate w ith oth e r m anagers, cons u ltants and con t ractors on p ro j ect to ensure qu a lity perfor m ance.

Salary offer is geographic dependent with a range from $75,000-$90,000.

• Able to forecast and understand SAQ processes left to right for new builds and modification projects.
• Experience with high volume, fast-paced modification projects.
• Able to understand and manage tower owner applications and processes .
• Ability to trav e l w hen as needed is req u ired.

• Successful completion and passing score of all mandatory company certifications
