Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual consultations focused on hormone health and wellness
  • Order and interpret labs to guide clinical decision-making
  • Prescribe and manage hormone replacement therapy, nutraceuticals, and lifestyle modifications
  • Educate patients and support their long-term success
  • Maintain accurate records in our efficient, user-friendly EMR

What We're Looking For:

  • Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP or equivalent)
  • Active, unencumbered NP licenses in multiple states and DEA registration
  • Minimum 4 years of experience (hormones, functional medicine, or men's/women's health strongly preferred)
  • Strong virtual communication skills and tech confidence
  • Passion for patient empowerment and outcome-driven care
