We are seeking a
Dental Front Office Coordinator
to collaborate with our team to improve our patient's dental health and smiles. As a Front Office Coordinator, you will deliver best-in-class patient care and focus on putting every patient first, every visit.

Schedule: Amazing Office hours and flexibilty in schedule creates a great work/life balance with NO weekendsÂ

  • Monday: 8:30am -3pm
  • Tuesday: 7:30am-5pmÂ
  • Wednesday: 9:30am-7pm
  • Thursday: 8:30am-3pmÂ
  • Friday: 7:30am-2pmÂ
  • Saturdays: Off
  • Sundays: Off

Responsibilities
Our
Dental Front Office Coordinator
 should (but not limited to):

  • Meet and greet patients with enthusiasm and kindness is our number one priority
  • Ability to learn dental verbiage, coding, and procedures
  • Insurance benefits verification
  • Manage patient documents and records
  • Process and complete claim forms
  • Engage and foster strong patient relationships through a positive experienceÂ
  • Discuss treatment and financial arrangements with patientsÂ
  • Schedule appointments and help develop productive schedules
  • Demonstrate proper phone etiquetteÂ
  • Participates and contributes to a positive work environment

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience working in a Dental Front Office or Treatment Coordinator role
  • Experience with Dentrix Ascend and MacPractice is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Dental operations
  • Strong technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
  • Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
