Job Title: Licensed Insurance Sales Agent

Location: Remote

Job Opportunity: This is a Remote Licensed Insurance Sales Agent role with a base pay from $42,000 annually.

Total Compensation: $72,000 to $87,000 annually with top producers earning over $100,000 + annually.

Hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST)

Responsibilities: Included but not limited to:

  • Outbound and in-bound sales communication
  • Composing emails and text messages
  • Offering additional products to existing customers
  • Achieving performance goals: Daily, Weekly, and Monthly basis
  • Participating in professional development and training

Requirements:

  • 1 year of Insurance Sales Experience
  • Have a valid P&C (Property and Casualty) license in your state
  • Ability to obtain non-resident licenses
  • Have a stable and reliable internet connection
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A drive for success

Bonus Points:

  • Previous experience in a Captive Agency
  • Bilingual – English/Spanish
  • Additional Licenses
