The Role

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in Angular, .NET, and Azure Cloud to join our core product development team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about coding, scalability, and clean architecture — who can also take technical leadership within a product vertical and lead by example.

You'll be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver high-quality, scalable software. What You'll Do

  • Take end-to-end ownership of a product vertical — from design to deployment.
  • Lead and mentor other developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and best practices.
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications using Angular, .NET Core, and Azure SQL.
  • Build and deploy solutions in Azure Cloud, leveraging services like App Services, Functions, Key Vault, Service Bus, and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
  • Drive architectural decisions focused on scalability, security, and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine product scope and features.
  • Leverage AI-driven development tools and frameworks to improve speed, quality, and user experience.
  • Participate actively in sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
  • Continuously improve processes, tools, and practices to deliver at startup speed with enterprise quality.

What We're Looking For :

  • 7+ years of professional full stack development experience.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in .NET Core / C#, Angular (latest versions), and TypeScript.
  • Strong database experience with Azure SQL, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
  • Proven experience building and scaling SaaS applications in a cloud environment (Azure preferred).
  • Understanding of AI/ML integration or experience with AI-assisted development is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, system design capabilities, and attention to code quality.
  • Experience leading a small team or mentoring developers in a product-focused environment.
  • Passion for fintech, innovation, and building products that make a real impact.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and ownership mindset.
