Job Title: S4 HANA Plant Maintenance (PM)

Location :: Byhalia, MS

Job Summary:

·      We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant with a strong background in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP S/4HANA PM solutions that optimize plant maintenance operations and asset management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and supply chain to enhance system capabilities and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA PM module for manufacturing client.

·      Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP PM functionality (breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, calibration, etc.).

·      Configure SAP PM objects including Equipment, Functional Locations, Maintenance Plans, Work Orders, Notifications, Task Lists, and Measurement Documents.

·      Integrate PM with other modules such as MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), QM (Quality Management), and FI/CO (Finance & Controlling).

·      Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements for asset performance and maintenance efficiency.

·      Support master data management related to technical objects and maintenance strategies.

·      Facilitate workshops, blueprinting, testing (unit, integration, UAT), cutover, training, and post-go-live support.

·      Provide system enhancements and continuous improvement through change requests and SAP best practices.

·      Document functional specs for development objects (interfaces, forms, custom reports).

·      Stay current with SAP innovations such as AIN (Asset Intelligence Network), Predictive Maintenance, and IoT integration in S/4HANA.

Required Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

· years of hands-on experience in SAP S4 Hana PM, with at least 1 full

·      lifecycle S/4HANA implementation.

·      Strong domain knowledge in manufacturing operations and asset maintenance practices.

·      Proficiency in SAP Fiori apps related to PM and S/4HANA Simplification.

·      Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and agile project delivery.

·      Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

·      SAP certification in S/4HANA Asset Management or SAP PM.

·      Experience in SAP EAM mobility solutions (e.g., SAP Work Manager, Asset Manager).

·      Understanding of Industry 4.0, digital twins, and predictive maintenance trends.

·      Experience integrating SAP with CMMS or third-party maintenance tools.

·      Experience with SAP Public Cloud deployment models
