Role Summary
Rowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for a Associate in Finance to support all financial activities through the full life cycle of data center development. These activities include supporting business case modeling, commercial negotiations, driving growth through acquisitions, supporting Rowan's senior management and investors in the decision-making process, and securing debt and equity financing to support construction and operations of projects.

Travel:
Ability to travel up to 20%

Location
: Denver, CO (hybrid in-office role)

Compensation:
$85K – $100K

Essential Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and improve advanced financial models
  • Craft crisp conclusions from analysis and communicate effectively to team leaders, customers, and investors
  • Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for senior management and prospective investors
  • Budget, forecast and analyze project spending
  • Collaborate across the company to generate ideas, analyses, and research in support of new business opportunities
  • Efficiently manage multiple workstreams through the financing process
  • Continually build Rowan's knowledge base and capabilities within the industry by monitoring customers, industries, and regulators for news that may impact portfolio and business needs
  • Routine communication with private equity investors and lenders

Education, Skills, And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience demonstrating a track record of distinction and leadership among your peers
  • Mastery of MS Office
  • Experience with infrastructure, energy, or real estate investments
  • World-class financial modeling expertise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
