Summary

We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic team in [Location]. In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to our mission by managing procurement processes and ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations. Your expertise will help drive successful outcomes for our clients in both Government and commercial sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement activities including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations throughout the procurement process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective procurement strategies.
  • Analyze supplier performance and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess pricing strategies.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate procurement documentation.
  • Support contract negotiations to secure favorable terms for the company.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.
  • Qualifications
  • 1 year Federal Contract experience with an Associates degree, or 3 years Federal Contract experience in lieu of degree
  • Proven experience in procurement management or contract negotiation.
  • Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle EBS is preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
