What You'll DoAs our Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our events and services run smoothly and exceed expectations. Here's what your day-to-day might look like:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless execution of photo and video experiences.
- Coordinate with clients and team members to ensure every event is a success.
- Manage logistics, including scheduling, equipment preparation, and event timelines.
- Lead and support the team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance our services.
We're on the hunt for someone who brings both experience and enthusiasm to the table. To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in operations, event management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- A proactive mindset and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for creating memorable experiences for clients.
