Position Overview

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
- Organize and enhance QA processes to align with project goals and agile principles.
- Ensure the adoption of agile practices and roles within the QA team. Oversee automated testing, ensuring effective integration into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Develop comprehensive test plans to support releases and project goals. Align testing efforts with iterative development cycles and communicate plans to stakeholders. Track and mitigate risks, coordinating with project stakeholders on issue resolution.
- Foster strong cross-departmental collaboration, working closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Release Train Engineers (RTEs). Maintain transparent and regular communication on QA activities and deliverables.
- Monitor and improve quality standards and metrics; regularly report quality outcomes to stakeholders. Lead initiatives to improve product quality in alignment with SAFe principles.
- Explore and integrate new testing tools and technologies to improve QA processes.
- Manage QA resources, improve team outcomes and meet project goals. Mentor and train team members to strengthen skills and agile practices. Lead hiring, onboarding, and professional development for the QA team.
Qualifications
- Experience in a team lead / QA manager role.
- Mastery of QA methodologies, Agile testing practices, automation tools, and test management.
- Experience with digital payment solutions is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire people, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and a strategic mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- English proficiency (B2 or above).
- Experience with AI toolset adoption in QA processes (test generation, automation enhancement, analysis) is a strong plus.
