Role Overview:

As a Medical Specialist, the selected candidates will leverage their clinical expertise to guide the development of next-generation AI systems for medicine and science. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and solving advanced medical problems, from diagnostic scenarios to complex clinical reviews
  • Reviewing AI-generated outputs for accuracy, reasoning depth, and clarity
  • Identifying knowledge gaps, proposing enhancements, and improving AI model performance
  • Collaborating with AI researchers and fellow medical experts to refine evaluation methods and benchmarks
  • Providing structured feedback that supports high-quality AI learning and application in medicine

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education & Experience: Must have completed medical school and actively practiced within the last 3+ years
  • Preferred Specializations: Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and/or Family Medicine
  • Licensure: Relevant professional qualification and license (e.g., Board Certification – US / CCT – UK)
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and clinical medicine
  • Skills: Excellent communication, ability to simplify complex medical concepts, familiarity with medical tools (e.g., DICOM viewers, simulation software, EHR systems)
  • Language: Strong written and verbal proficiency in English

Top-Tier University Requirement:

Candidates should be graduates from leading global medical universities, including but not limited to:

Harvard University, Johns Hopkins University, Stanford University, University of Oxford, University of Cambridge, University of California (various campuses), University of Pennsylvania, and other top institutions listed in the attached reference.

Selection Process:

  • Candidates will first complete an ICF (Initial Candidate Form).

Shortlisted profiles will proceed to one client-based assessment
