Remote, Oregon, United States Unlock Health Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Unlock Health breaks down the walls that healthcare providers have lived with for decades. We connect the dots across managed care and marketing so that providers can realize their missions and patients can get the right care. We've brought together the top healthcare marketing organizations to make this vision a reality, with a team of experts in managed care, technology, and ROI design.

Unlock Health is seeking a resourceful and creative Sales Enablement Manager to join our Revenue Office. This individual will be the production engine behind our sales enablement function, responsible for creating dynamic, personalized tools that bring our brand promise to life at the point of sale. Working closely with the VP of Growth Strategy & Enablement, this role will translate strategy into execution by producing compelling decks, email sequences, playbooks, briefs, and trend-driven insights that empower our sales team to connect with prospects in authentic, solution-focused conversations.

The ideal candidate is equal parts builder and storyteller: someone who can craft high-quality enablement materials quickly, while also making smart use of AI to scale personalization and speed. This role is primarily executional but offers room for strategic partnership, making it an exciting career-track position for someone looking to grow into senior enablement or growth strategy roles.

Preference will be given to candidates located in Colorado Springs or Nashville, though remote applicants will be considered. Occasional travel for internal or client meetings may be required.

What you'll do
  • Produce Enablement Tools: Develop decks, email sequences, playbooks, one-pagers, scripts, case studies, and templates that equip sales teams with tailored, buyer-ready content.
  • Leverage Smart Tools: Use AI and other modern platforms to enhance speed, personalization, and insight in enablement materials.
  • Deliver Market and Thought Leadership: Package healthcare, marketing, and technology trends, as well as competitor insights, into POV briefs, battlecards, and field-ready tools.
  • Showcase Great Work: Identify, create, and polish client case studies that can be used across the sales journey to spark credibility and belief.
  • Systematize and Scale: Build repeatable templates, maintain asset libraries, and implement processes that accelerate production without sacrificing quality.
  • Analyze and Train: Improves sales communications by analyzing performance, testing messaging, and turning insights into training, coaching, and content.
  • Partner Across Teams: Collaborate with Sales, Media, Managed Care, Product, and Integrated Marketing to ensure alignment and consistency across the business development journey.

  • Familiarity and experience with healthcare
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strategic curiosity, comfortable bringing insights and ideas to improve sales narratives and tools
