Pizza making experience is a must. This is a fast paced job in a very small and cramped kitchen. Positive attitude and hard work is a must.

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in our kitchen. Your culinary expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the overall dining experience for our customers.

Duties:

- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes

- Ensure food is cooked and presented in an appetizing manner

- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute menus

- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or needs

- Assist with meal preparation for special dietary requirements, as needed

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Pizza kitchen experience
• Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or catering setting
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper knife handling techniques
• Strong understanding of food handling procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Knowledge of different cooking techniques and cuisines
• Ability to work well within a team
