Orthodontic Office Marketing/Scheduling Coordinator

We are looking for a scheduling and marketing coordinator that can provide A+++ level customer service as a scheduling coordinator on patient days. Are you our missing puzzle piece??? We are growing and need your help Here are the details of what we are looking for:

1) A+ Customer service wizard - we see patients 2-3 days a week at two locations (Stillwater and St. Croix Falls); this position is for the Stillwater location. On patient days, we need you to WOW on the phones and greeting patients. No orthodontic / dental experience is neccessary. We can teach you all you need to know about the orthodontic/ dental terminology and scheduling.

2) To accomplish the above you need to be a drama free/ bright/highly reliable/FUN individual. We pride ourselves on making a team committment to being a zero drama zone.

3) You will need to help verify insurance, follow up on overdue accounts and prep our team for incoming new patients. No experience is required for this; again, we can teach you everything you nee to know

3) On non-patient days or when the phone isn't ringing you are helping with marketing This involves the following: Social media design/tracking/managing, use of Canva/Adobe, office run design/implementation, community involvement design/execution (parade, school visits/sponsorships, etc.), internal marketing (contests/reviews/etc.), marketing budget/tracking ROI, developing and executing our annual marketing campaign calendar.
