Marketing Media Planner Manager

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Marketing & Media Planner Manager with strategic vision, leadership, and creativity to develop and implement integrated marketing and media plans that drive our events and campaigns. This role will be responsible for coordinating teams, defining communication strategies, and optimizing brand presence across traditional and digital media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and execute integrated marketing and media strategies to promote events and projects.
- Collaborate with executive management on budgets, objectives, and pricing strategies.
- Plan, purchase, and optimize media across online and offline channels (radio, TV, OOH, print, digital, and social media).
- Analyze audience behavior, data, and performance metrics to enhance ROI and campaign reach.
- Lead and coordinate the marketing and creative team to ensure effective and timely execution of marketing plans.
- Oversee social media, advertising, and content campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
- Negotiate with media partners, agencies, and vendors to secure the best deals and added value.
- Prepare and present reports, KPIs, and campaign performance metrics.
- Stay up to date with trends, digital tools, and best practices in marketing and media.
- Collaborate closely with sales, production, and public relations teams to align goals and strategies.
Requirements & Skills:
- Must reside in McAllen or nearby cities (hybrid modality accepted).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Business Administration.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in marketing and media planning, preferably in event marketing or full-service agencies.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency required.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Data Studio, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience in integrated campaigns (social media, radio, TV, digital, OOH).
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication abilities, with a results-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of design software, content management tools, and digital platforms.
