At Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), we are transforming how developers build software with Oracle Code Assist—an AI-powered coding assistant that helps engineers write, understand, and optimize code using large language models and intelligent automation.

As a Principal Technical Program Manager (IC4) focused on partner and customer onboarding, you will lead programs that scale the adoption of Oracle Code Assist across Oracle's global engineering teams and enterprise customers. You will work across product, engineering, customer success, and solution architecture teams to define repeatable onboarding frameworks, measure adoption outcomes, and ensure successful integrations with enterprise development environments.

This role combines technical depth, program management excellence, and customer empathy. You will structure complex rollout programs, align diverse stakeholders, and ensure consistent adoption experiences across geographies and business units. Your work will accelerate how developer, both within Oracle and across customer organizations, realize the value of AI-assisted software development.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of experience in technical program management, partner enablement, or customer onboarding for enterprise software.
  • Proven success driving global adoption or rollout programs for developer tools or cloud-based enterprise platforms.
  • Strong understanding of developer ecosystems, including IDEs, APIs, CI/CD, and source control systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to define success metrics, measure adoption, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical, business, and executive audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience onboarding customers or partners for AI-powered developer tools or SaaS productivity platforms.
  • Familiarity with LLM-based systems, code assistant technologies, or AI orchestration frameworks.
  • Background in large-scale enterprise software enablement, customer success, or partner ecosystem management.
  • Experience building scalable, repeatable onboarding programs with measurable adoption outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and operational skills to identify friction points and drive process improvement.
