This role is ideal for Caregivers, Resident Aides, Direct Care Staff, CNAs, and healthcare students looking for meaningful work and real experience.

Pay & Benefits
  • Starting wage: $16.00–$18.00/hour (based on experience)

Shifts Available
  • 4-hour shifts
  • 8-hour shifts

Scheduling Requirements
  • Weekend rotation required
  • Holiday rotation required
  • Mandating may occur based on staffing needs
Students & Continuing Education

This position is a great fit for nursing, pre-med, and healthcare students seeking hands-on experience.

Recommendation letters are available for consistent team members pursuing continuing education (based on performance, attendance, and professionalism).

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
  • Provide mobility support and monitor resident safety
  • Encourage resident participation in activities
  • Light housekeeping in resident areas
  • Report changes in resident condition to supervisor immediately
  • Complete required documentation and charting
  • Communicate professionally with families, staff, and support services
  • Follow infection control and safety procedures
  • Support coworkers and complete other assigned duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience with elderly care preferred
  • Must be 18+
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must pass a criminal background check
