Job Overview:
As a Sales Executive at AV Design Pros, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a passion for technology and a deep understanding of the audiovisual industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the audiovisual sector, with a focus on churches and other organizations in need of AV solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing AV Design Pros' products and services.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals and quotations tailored to the specific needs of each client.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position AV Design Pros effectively in the market.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and achievement of sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions that meet client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the audiovisual or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of AV systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency Google Workspace suite.
- A passion for technology and an understanding of its role in enhancing communication within organizations.
