Reboot Staff is seeking a motivated and dynamic **Market Development Representative (MDR)** to join our growing team. The MDR will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting overall market expansion strategies. Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and develop new business leads within target markets.
- Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, and professional outreach to establish strong connections.
- Support sales teams by qualifying leads and setting up business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, prospects, and activities in the company's CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored approaches for client acquisition and retention.
- Continuously monitor industry trends to identify emerging opportunities.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms is a plus.
