We help employers reduce costs, improve employee health, and increase retention — with no out-of-pocket cost to the business or employees. The program delivers an average of $600 to the bottom line per employee per year, while enhancing preventive health and wellness.

We're seeking motivated Independent Referral Partners to introduce this program to business owners, HR leaders, and CFOs of companies with 100–5,000 employees.

Your role: book qualified referral calls with our corporate team.

Our role: close, onboard, and support the client.

You earn high monthly commissions for each successful referral.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and connect with business decision-makers (100–5,000 employees)
  • Schedule qualified referral calls between our enrollment team and the business
